Welcome to QEII Newsround, my name is Jamie

And I’m Brandon

Have you been collaborative this week, like our Yoimoji Ferris the collaborative elephant?

Here are this week’s signs of the week.

Balloonists have been embracing all things ‘Wiggle and Crawl’ for their new topic. They have loved getting outside into the forest school area to search for minibeasts and learn more about nature. They have been making windchimes, necklaces and bee houses. They have also planted seeds so they can watch their plants grow and become a habitat for more wildlife!

Students from Trailblazers had a great time at the Parallel Youth Games at the K2 leisure centre on Wednesday, including meeting Alfie Pyle from the England Learning Disability Cricket Team.

Our PTFA are looking for more volunteers to help with their fundraising events. Please see the PTFA page of our school website, or the poster on our Facebook page for more information.

Globetrotters had a great time on their residential trip to Hindleap Warren. We enjoyed taking part in lots of energetic outdoor activities and spending time together.

Due to the Globetrotters residential there is no Taskmaster Club this week, but it will return after half term.

See you next time, bye!
